扁平足是一涉及關節、肌肉、骨骼因素而導致形態偏差的現象。小朋友穿訂造鞋墊的的目的是預防形態惡化，而運動、穿著適當的鞋子亦有助控制扁平足。
Flatfeet is the deformity results from joint, muscle and ligament mal-alignment. The purpose of custom-made insole is for preventing deformities from getting worse. Exercise and suitable shoe selection is also beneficial in correcting foot deformities. |

1. 取足模方式，我們會採用低溫膠片。相比用傳統石膏繃帶的好處包括：過程快速，不會弄髒足部的同時，亦能準確取足模。
1. We use thermplastic for casting. The advantage over using plaster bandage includes: faster, clean and accurate.
2. 我們著重每個客戶的跟進。我們會建議客戶每4 - 6個月預約到我們的中心作跟進及檢查鞋墊的穿著情況，以確保每對訂造鞋墊仍發揮應有的功能。而我們的任何跟進服務都是免費的。
2. We value every contact with our customers. We will active contact you to have regular follow-up to our centre every 4-6 months. We have to make sure the insole still functions effectively. Our follow-up service is Free-of-charge. |

What's the background of your professions? |

中心內註有矯形師，擁有香港理工大學義肢及矯形學系執業資格，及曾於美國深造足科矯形課程。本中心的矯形師有多年足科及脊柱矯形的臨床經驗，亦經常主講有關足部及脊部護理講座，教育社會大眾。
Our serviec is provided by Orthotist, graduated in the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and further studied in USA for foot orthotic knowledge. Our Orthotist's clinical experience is over 10 years and always invitied for foot and spinal seminar to the public. |
